We have been contacted by a few members that sizing has been an issue with some recently purchased uniforms this year. We have listened to your feedback and provide the following steps to take so you/your child have the correct size.

Please also double check singlet number on reverse (white side) is the same as number on green side of singlet.

Please note, to keep everything in same system moving forward, any prior verbal or written communications with the Club committee regarding uniform changes will need to follow below process. This will ensure all uniforms that are to be exchanged, will only be exchanged if the player has only been fitted by the Devon team in store.

Ordering Uniform

1. Go to Devon Clothing Uniform Shops. (Located at Modbury & Edwardstown, for your convenience). We have checked all their staff are aware of our members coming in to try on sizing, but feel free to call ahead to give their team a heads up.

2. Try on uniforms in the store, choose appropriate size, and fill out order form.

3. Order form will be left with Uniform Store, and will be sent to our Club Committee who will finalise order with Devon and make payment for full order. Order will not be processed in store. Thank you for working with us as we seek to make this an efficient process as possible.

4. Invoice will be sent, if it hasn’t already, and payment required before receiving uniform.

If you/your child has a uniform that is not correct size and this applies to you, we will require the incorrect size to be returned before receiving correct size – it’s okay to hang onto current uniform until new one arrives. Return uniforms to Jason (JDO) or Leighton (SDO) via Team Manager.

If you’re able to try on this week – by 26 June at latest, we’ll be able to place another order that hopefully arrives by first game back. We thank you for your prompt assistance in this matter.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we establish processes for the Club. We ask that everyone please remember we are volunteers, giving our time on top of work, family, church and other commitments. Our committee is not seeking to make anything difficult, we are giving our time to serve you as our members and grow the Club. We welcome feedback anytime and will continue to take this on board to improve. Our efforts with regard to uniforms are for a positive outcome with happy players in correctly sized uniforms.

PS we have received some enquires about when other merchandise will be available (training tops, hoodies, bags etc). We are indeed working on these with our design team and suppliers and look forward to rolling out in due course.
